SoilLogia LLC, we are committed to conducting business with integrity, responsibility, and respect for people and the planet. Our Code of Conduct outlines the core values and principles that guide our actions and the way we engage with employees, clients, partners, suppliers, and the communities we serve.
This Code applies to all employees, consultants, contractors, and collaborators working under the SoilLogia name, regardless of location.

We comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including those related to carbon markets, environmental protection, and research ethics.
We avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential risks or competing interests immediately.
2. Anti-Corruption and Bribery
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for corruption, bribery, extortion, and any form of illicit gain.
We do not offer, give, or accept bribes or inappropriate gifts to influence decisions or gain unfair advantage.
All financial transactions and procurement processes are transparent and documented.
3. Labor and Human Rights

We respect the rights of all workers, including freedom of association, fair wages, and safe working conditions.
We do not tolerate child labor, exploitation, or abuse in any part of our operations or supply chains.

We work to ensure that our projects, especially those involving biochar and carbon removal, are designed to have long-term positive environmental impacts.

Data related to carbon projects, research, and stakeholder engagement is handled securely and ethically.
6. Compliance Monitoring and Reporting
All team members and partners are expected to comply with this Code of Conduct.

SoilLogia will investigate all reports confidentially and take corrective action where necessary.
7. Partner and Supplier Expectations

Non-compliance may result in review, corrective measures, or termination of the working relationship.
